Reservations and Availability
To avoid disappointment, we advise that all reservations are booked as early as possible. This is especially the case during the peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, as spaces are limited. A small deposit of £25 is required to confirm your booking. The fee is fully refundable, if the booking is cancelled 28 days in writing before your pet’s booked arrival date. Important: If we have not received the deposit within one week of you making a reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Bark and Ride
If you don't have time to drop off your pet, don't panic; we will happily collect your pet in our luxury air-conditioned people carrier. Please phone for further details.

Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals are anytime between 9.30am and 4.00pm and Departures before 1pm please. Prior written consent is required if anybody other than yourself will be collecting your pet.

Bed and Bones
All rooms are heated with air vents for your pet’s comfort during Winter or Summer. We supply clean beds and luxurious blankets for each pet. Our guests are welcome to use their private and spacious en-suite patio during the day. 11’s of biscuits will be served each day whilst our guests vacate their quarters for room service.

5 Star Dining
Breakfast and Dinner will consist of nutritional and balanced meals, with a choice of canned or fresh food. Alternatively, please call if you have any special requirement and we will endeavour to accommodate.

Immunisations
Immunisations are necessary for all cats and dogs entering the establishment. This is not only for other animal’s protection but also for their own well-being. Certificates must be provided on arrival confirming inoculation and will remain with us during your pets stay.

A walk in the woods
Although your pet will receive plenty of outdoor playtime, we also offer daily walks in the woods. This encourages extra exercise but also stimulation and enjoyment of your pet. Value update.... This is now included in your kennelling fee.

Emergencies
In the unlikely event your pet becomes ill, whilst in our care we will seek veterinary assistance immediately, for which any payment will be your full responsibility. If you would prefer us to use your usual vet please leave with us complete details of their address and phone number. If we are unable to make arrangements with your veterinarian, we will use our veterinary service.

Don't forget their Toothbrush
As mentioned before, we provide all necessary bedding for the comfort of your pet. However if you prefer to bring their own bedding, please feel free and we will happily launder it. All food and water bowls are supplied, but again if your pet has their own favourite dish, toys or chew bones, don't hesitate to pack it and send it over. If during your pets stay they require medication we will happily administer at our discretion. We also run a weight watchers scheme, please enquire for details.

Not any more, at Birchwood we are happy to extend our hospitality to all creatures great and small, from Rabbits to Roosters, Tortoises to Toads, don't be afraid to ask, if we can accommodate them, we will.
